WE looked at the LORD not being a respecter of persons…  That all men are the same and there is no difference… Col 3:11  Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.  Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

God is no respecter of persons how can we be a respecter of persons. If you treat someone different based upon wealth or based upon the idea someone is poor. What home they live in, or what car they drive. Their education level all of these would be indicators that we would be a respecter of persons.

Remember James is dealing with Spiritual maturity as Christians grow and mature in their actions and attitudes should change to that of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
